Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance and Reliability Scheduler will manage routine maintenance on our plant assets and equipment and coordinate integrated schedule with Production and stakeholders to produce a resource-optimized maintenance activity following established program guidelines. We seek and individual with a desire to build on their knowledge while providing quality work that supports organizational goals. In this role you will utilize your knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices in the completion of planning and prioritizing routine tasks in production, including construction and non-routine maintenance.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform white space scheduling by assessing ready to schedule (RTS) work orders, bundling, and dispatching work orders, coordinating equipment availability and labor capacity.
- Maintain custom databases to support specific work projects and processes.
- Provide detailed work plans as required on general maintenance activities.
- Perform scenario planning, schedule risk analysis, develop contingencies, and communicate to cross functional stakeholders as necessary
- Plan the execution of routine repair procedures and tasks to ensure compliance with the fundamental plant maintenance procedures and practices.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or a related field or equivalent experience
- Have four years minimum in relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of CMMS, Maximo, or equivalent software
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
