Our client is a fast-growing HealthTech company that focuses on giving access to personalize prescriptions to as many people as possible

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create a personal business plan to promote value creation and revenue generation, and follow the schedule of sales activities to hit the predetermined goals.
  • Develop solid network by established relationships, educate clients, and manage Sales opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Create a deep understanding of current and potential client needs through solutions/consultative selling, strong relationship building, and demonstrating exceptional business value to clients.
  • Prepare and give expert sales presentations to inform prospective and current partners about genetic testing and how it would benefit the client in order to pique interest and create opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent time management, administration, reporting and relationship management that will result in referrals and sales opportunities.
  • Select, train, and supervise Sales Development Representative
  • Perform key account management tasks to keep customers satisfied
  • Perform any other tasks from time to time delegated by the CEO or COO.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales within Consumer Health/Health Saas / similar business with proven capabilities to sell complex healthcare solution throughout the healthcare and employer vertical
  • Proven ability to leverage own network to create meaningful lead generation and manage Sales pipeline via Salesforce/hubspot
  • Results-oriented and dynamic Sales professional effective at building and executing on an individual Sales/Business Plan that will generate meaningful leads and close opportunities
  • Experience in using of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other related tools to uncover and engage with potential clients.
