Job Responsibilities:
- Create a personal business plan to promote value creation and revenue generation, and follow the schedule of sales activities to hit the predetermined goals.
- Develop solid network by established relationships, educate clients, and manage Sales opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
- Create a deep understanding of current and potential client needs through solutions/consultative selling, strong relationship building, and demonstrating exceptional business value to clients.
- Prepare and give expert sales presentations to inform prospective and current partners about genetic testing and how it would benefit the client in order to pique interest and create opportunities.
- Maintain excellent time management, administration, reporting and relationship management that will result in referrals and sales opportunities.
- Select, train, and supervise Sales Development Representative
- Perform key account management tasks to keep customers satisfied
- Perform any other tasks from time to time delegated by the CEO or COO.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales within Consumer Health/Health Saas / similar business with proven capabilities to sell complex healthcare solution throughout the healthcare and employer vertical
- Proven ability to leverage own network to create meaningful lead generation and manage Sales pipeline via Salesforce/hubspot
- Results-oriented and dynamic Sales professional effective at building and executing on an individual Sales/Business Plan that will generate meaningful leads and close opportunities
- Experience in using of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other related tools to uncover and engage with potential clients.
