Job description
In your new role you will:
- Lead site Productivity team. Possesses advanced knowledge with
- Drive site Automation strategy, provide an attractive business case to pull in ideas, and ensure harvesting upon implementation.
- Drive and deploy the yearly segment/site level technical goal/target setting as the input for TCR/LTCR, for respective job scope.
- Conduct yearly benchmarking (BPI, BCD, internal i-SHARP) exercises to secure additional productivity pipelines.
- Drive standardization and optimization of work methods. Coordinate implementation of MES and Compliance monitoring system.
- Support the execution of defined Automation projects and the harvesting of benefits from completed projects.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering with more than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong Industrial Engineering knowledge and the ability to operate Industrial Engineering tools and methodologies such as OEE, MMO/ Headcount modeling, Simulation, and Operating Curve Management.
- Project Management knowledge and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common goals and results.
- Certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or possessing experience in applying DMAIC principles is preferred.
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) will have a distinct advantage.
- Strong proficiency in English with good communication skills.
