- Manage and responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy for the business.
- Heavily involved in market research analysis including bench marking and market trends to contribute in new product development
- Ensure the delivery of product launch for all channels meet the target via effective and efficient campaign and marketing push
- Improve customer engagement and retention strategy to build loyal customer base
- Create and improve customer journey, brand attributes and brand positioning
- Initiate earner news value through PR programs and cohesive communication strategy
Requirements:
- Experience handling marketing, brand, communications and product marketing department in financial services industry is highly preferred
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in related subjects
- Good command of English and Indonesia in professional setting
- Master degree is preferred but not a must
