About the Company:
Our client is an early stage Direct-to-Consumer start-up based in Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate the product roadmap strategy into actionable tasks and work with the cross-functional agile team to execute those requirements.
- Align the team on the product vision, roadmap, and value to be achieved
- Lead agile cadence: daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, backlog grooming, etc.
- Write epics, user stories, and spikes and work with the team to agree upon the definition of done
- Balance trade-off among product value, design, and technological constraints
- Have 2-5 years of experience as scrum master working in an agile product team.
- Strong product mindset and passion for user experience. You prioritize work with the customers in mind and make data-driven decisions to fix customer pain-points
- Great communication skills and can articulate complex concepts/features to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Have an understanding of web and mobile technologies.
- Have knowledge of project management tools, like Jira and confluence.
