- Manage and lead service sales team to achieve the annual service sales target.
- Prepare tender, contract, and quotation.
- Negotiate on price and terms & conditions.
- Prepare annual sales target and monthly/quarterly forecast along with Gap closure action items toward delivering plan/forecast & identification of issues/risks and potential solutions to meet forecast.
- Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports.
- Review any outstanding escalations (Collections, NPS, etc.)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably has experience on Control, Fire, and Security.
- Successful track record in sales or client account management.
- Outstanding presentation skills, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to succeed.
- Preferably with own car.
