About the Senior Brand Manager (Retail FMCG) Role:
Based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for overseeing the market trends, product development, brand management and marketing activities through digital marketing environment to ensure the brand go with right message of marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
- Supervising the sign-off of marketing literature and campaigns, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
- Monitoring campaign performance on a weekly basis, analysing and coming up with optimisation plans to improve campaign metrics and develop reporting system
- Collaborating extensively cross functionally with revenue, research, product, media, etc.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in a related field
- 6 - 10 years' brand marketing experience with top FMCG/tech companies
- Good instinct for future product concepts
- Strong exposure to integrated brand campaigns, digital marketing, and e-commerce
- Good understanding of media planning and execution and research methods
- A team leader able to inspire others
- Energetic and passionate about product speciality
