Job Description

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies in all channels to achieve/exceed the company's sales goals
  • Manage and Lead sales execution to drive department revenue and profitability growth
  • Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
  • Contribute to team performance by delivering own sales gains, and attending weekly meetings with management to discuss the weekly report on Sales Performance and activities
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Maintaining effective communication till the time clients is onboarded and ensure the clients are comfortable with the platforms

  • At least 8 years working experiences in managerial experience in the field of Sales
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Sales or Business or related field
  • Strong Leadership: aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team
  • Coming from both Tech Start-up and Corporate background
  • Willing to travel across city in Indonesia
  • Fluent in English (oral, written, and presentation)
  • Demonstrate the ability to consistently achieve sales goals
