- Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Develop sales plans and strategies in all channels to achieve/exceed the company's sales goals
- Manage and Lead sales execution to drive department revenue and profitability growth
- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
- Contribute to team performance by delivering own sales gains, and attending weekly meetings with management to discuss the weekly report on Sales Performance and activities
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Maintaining effective communication till the time clients is onboarded and ensure the clients are comfortable with the platforms
- At least 8 years working experiences in managerial experience in the field of Sales
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Sales or Business or related field
- Strong Leadership: aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team
- Coming from both Tech Start-up and Corporate background
- Willing to travel across city in Indonesia
- Fluent in English (oral, written, and presentation)
- Demonstrate the ability to consistently achieve sales goals
