Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to both Finance and Legal team
- Manage business leaders' calendar, incorporating meeting
- Arrange all liaison meetings with internal and external parties as required
- Help with submission of claims and expenses
- Attend relevant meetings, record and distribute meeting's minutes and manage follow-ups
- Ensure filing and communication is kept up-to-date
- Act as a point of contact for any administrative matters
- Support any Adhoc duties required by Finance and Legal team
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- A passion in Music
- Proficieny in MS Office suite
- Team player who will always be there to help and learn at the same time
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and proactive when last-minute changes or issue arise.
