Job Responsibilities
- Support the project financing arrangement with financial institutions.
- Prepare and provide accurate monthly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports.
- Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy, ACCA or equivalent, with professional qualification such as CPA is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant project accounting & finance working experience, at least 4 years in real estate industry is required.
