- As a brand ambassador and promoter of Vuclip services in Indonesia, with a focus on expanding the content in Viu through innovative deal making, content creation & driving content consumption.
- This role includes Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key content providers at decision making level
- Negotiating license agreements to secure quality content from content partners and expand existing agreements as needed. As well as Driving up a 1st run licensing strategy with cost efficiency and ROI.
- Driving cross functional content led discussions with Marketing, Alliances, Product & Monetization teams across regions
- Licensing, local content with effective planning and ROI metrics.
- Setting and managing expectations with the partners and extracting the best promotion commitments to ensure successful take up of partner content on Viu.
- Gathering inputs about local market performance of current, library and upcoming content and sharing to product team to ensure adaptability, localization for maximum adoption by the subscribers.
- Content research and is aware of market competition, provides recommendation for product and content uptake programs.
- Leading the content acquisition team to ensure Viu has a differentiated position in the ID market & is compliant with all existing content regulations in force.
- Post graduate in Business management preferred
- 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the area of allied industries.
- Excellent Data Analysis, quantitative skills and ability to dive deep
- Proficient at Business Development, Client servicing & working with partners.
- Track record of negotiating complex licensing agreements
- Flexible in approach with an adaptive working style, strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, fluid, and collaborative environment.
- Self-driven & motivated and ability to work with internal teams across geographies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing
