About the Company:
Our client is an established IT sector. As part of their business growth, they are currently looking for a talented Tax Manager with a very strong technical background and English proficient to join them to lead the Indonesian Team for further development.
Job Description :
- Development of a tax strategy which include a forecast of when direct tax will be due.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of the various tax returns
- Liaise with external consultant / contractors on proper capex records and classification
- Monitor Indonesia Tax legislation, asses impact and keep all stakeholders updated.
- Provide guidance on all taxation matters e.g., WHT, property tax, transfer pricing guidelines, R&D, employment tax & VAT
- Ensure tax due diligence
- Working closely with Finance Accounting team to develop more result
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
- ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Very strong technical background for Tax especially for Multinational Companies
- Minimum 7 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a Big 4 Accounting Firm and/or multinational corporation
- Fluent in ENGLISH both written and spoken
