- Collaborate with PM and Sales team related to the scope of work and project timeline
- Deliver the scoped of work to the customer according to the requirements (either chatbot or omnichannel)
- Deploy conversational chat, including FAQ, Dialog, SDK or process flow
- Providing consultations and suggestions for customer issues related to chatbot and omnichannel
- Be a bridge between the customer with the support team and product team, related to bugs found
- Conduct training to customers for each project, both chatbot and omnichannel
- Perform troubleshooting to find clue relate to an issue and bug before it is forward to the product team and support team
- Give suggestions for enhancing parts that are felt to be improved based on reality in the field
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science or Information Technology, Engineering (Computer or Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Project based in 6 Months
- Have good Excel skills
- Fast learner and have encouragement to learn new technology
- Team player and willing to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and work attitude
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
