- Identify paid ads strategies, campaign forecasts, tactics, and channels to drive new user acquisition, activation, retention, product cross-selling, and upselling.
- Create, maintain, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on our digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, & LinkedIn Ads).
- Collaborate and work closely with the marketing and product team to create campaign assets and achieve campaign objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments for performance campaigns with variations of creative, audience targeting, platform, content, or topic.
- Ensuring successful campaigns by managing bids and budgets to meet the predefined KPI's.
- Optimizing campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
- Generate new ideas and initiatives for new paid ads campaign
- 5-8 years hands-on experience in managing performance marketing
- Solid track record of optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve or exceed the ROI/CPA/CPL goal.
- Expertise in generating quality marketing leads from Linkedin, Paid Social, SEM and Programmatic media.
- Exceptional quantitative skills, ability to quickly analyze data and take action on it.
- Able to work well in a cross functional global team and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and good with numbers.
- Experience in SaaS and Fintech industry would be preferred.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
