- Implement safety and security training programs and ensure effective dissemination of procedures and policies to all employees.
- Coordinate with Chief Engineer for control of the lock and key system in the hotel.
- Provide customers with a secure and safe environment, interaction with guests and employees, and availability for information and advice.
- Make a schedule of weekly operations and coordinate the department's activities.
- To manage and control the security camera system and fire system.
- To co-ordinate with relative sections to train staff specialists in preventing and fighting fire inside the working place
- 3 Years experience in the same position with international operations, preferably in a 5-star hotel in Indonesia.
- Good Communication skills.
- Gada Utama Certified
- Great experience working in chain hotels with national and international opportunities in Accor Group.
