Position Objective/Expectation
- Support & Manage Mechanical Design function
Job Responsibilities
- Create design concept
- Make schedule for design works
- Do design within the time frame and cost plan
- Design according to the capacity planning of mechanical design schedule and time for a project
- Implement standard procedure and design tools for mechanical drawing design and construction
- Prepare assembly drawing and bill of material
- Design product with lost cost and high effectiveness
- Do 3D and 2D modelling for design manufacture
- Meet with customer to have clear specification
- Complete calculation of material list
- Discuss, solve and troubleshoot complex problems with manufacturing dept, sub contractors, suppliers and customers
- Design, review and check drawing made by members
- Comply with system and rules through the process
- Do kaizen for design quality
- Share knowledge and experience about design to colleagues
- Perform and to complete work with full responsibility
- Report regularly to management
- Monitor and ensure balance overtime, compensation, annual leave mechanical design member
- Make standards related to safety, SOP & work rules
- Support estimator team for design working
- Other responsibilities as needed
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Mechanical Design function in SPM
・Experienced in using Solidwork, Autocad, Pneumatic and Hydraulic, and familiar with automation Machine
・Currently residing or willing to relocate to Cikarang, Cibitung or Bekasi
・Highly motivated, initiative, able to work under pressure, honest, good leadership, hard working, smart
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Able to join asap
