Job Responsibilities
- Support front desk of processing all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests, process all payments with accounting department, according to established hotel requirements, and provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guest concerns
- Handling guest satisfaction of the hotel facilities
- Other responsibilities as needed
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Min. Diploma Degree, preferably from Hotel Management/Tourism
・Min. JLPT 2 level of Japanese and own the certification, and Business English proficiency
・Min. 1 year of experience of living or working in Japan, familiar and experienced in Japanese culture, business manner, communication
・Working experience in the hospitality industry
・Willing to work in Shifts
・Friendly, good manners, polite, neat appearance, good communication skill, customer oriented and confident
Preferable Skill / Experience
・1 year of experience in hotel or apartment
・Own JLPT 1 certification
・Able to join ASAP
