About the Company:
Our Client is a fast growing Venture Capital Company actively engaged in the microfinance sector in Indonesia. It aims to revolutionize individual access to financial products. It offers working capital through a modified version of the traditional microfinance methodology exclusively to women who do not have or have only partial access to the formal financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- The TCM will play a central role in ensuring that all transformation projects (Customer Engagement Platform, Digital Lending Platform, Digital Payments and Group Loan Origination System) are deployed across the institution
- To execute the Project Roll out strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- To manage changes to business processes, systems and organization structures, the role calls for strong presentation and communication competence.
- The CM also supports the PMO and project teams by providing insights on critical change management activities that will need to be incorporated into project plans
- The CM, who reports to the IT Head, will also be responsible for the periodic dissemination of planned is aware of the planned/upcoming change events, the expected impact and how all can participate in their preparation or modification
- Oversee the change communication efforts - support the design, development, and dissemination of communications on the changes
- Support training efforts - Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Manage (Identify, analyze and prepare) roll out risk mitigation tactics with the PMO
- Manage (Identify, analyze and prepare against) anticipated or perceived resistance with the PMO
- Support with the creation of actionable deliverables around the core change management dimensions: communications plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Support the organizational design and definition of new roles and responsibilities as well as change management at the organizational level
- Track and measure roll out success metrics as outlined in project roll out strategy
- Engage and keep business stakeholders and executive management informed of changes
- Periodic reporting on the performance/impact of changes against planned goals as well as provide updates on upcoming or planned changes
- Facilitate the Change Control board – overseeing the analysis on the impact of planned changes Deliverables
- Good understanding of software project management methodologies (Traditional/waterfall, Agile)
- English and Indonesian fluency required
- Good communication and presentation skills - ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences (Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization)
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Acute business acumen and with a strong understanding of organizational issues and

- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Finance or Development
- A good understanding of information management practices including information lifecycle management, data modelling, master data management and the conduct of business audits and requirements gathering.
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in communicating to executive level management, C-suite and the company directors (in both Indonesian and English).
- Recognised certification in Information Security such as: Certified Information Security Manager(CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Security Analyst.
- Strong agile project management skills - Certified Scrum Master
- Practical experience in the implementation or use of document and/or records management systems such as SharePoint or similar technology.
- Knowledge and expertise in IT operation governance within a traditional financial institution or Fintech.
