Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer software, systems, networks, finger print , printers , CCTV and scanners and strengthening the IT infrastructure by implementing new technologies..
- Repairing IT related equipment replacing parts or suggest for outside repairing service if required.
- Checking computer network and electrical safety and maintaining records of software licenses & technical support to the MICROMONEY's branches office.
- Maintaining all information data of system, backed up.
- Perform server installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Perform wireless network installation, configuration and maintenance.
- Connect domain, set domain user creation, user rights and permission.
- Perform Network security and server security and set virus protection plan a computer maintenance plan.
- Provides IT training and supports to all employees.
- Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
- Daily report to Regional IT Director regarding with the server which is for both corporate and centers.
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Comprehensive understanding of network design (Servers, router), including routing and switching, LAN and WAN, Wireless technologies.
