- Devise and manage all marketing campaigns, timeline, and handle clients communication to the internal team
- Recruit, brief, and manage contracts of vendors and freelance staff to work on campaigns
- Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers
- Work with performance specialists or optimizers to oversee the campaign placement quality
- Work with Strategic Planner to ensure deliverable to the client is accurate and error-free
- Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
- Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication is a plus
- Several years’ related job experience at Digital / Creative Agency is strongly preferred
- Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential
- Technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns
- Understand current marketing trends
- Able to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
