Position Objective/Expectation
- Develop new publishers & maintain existings
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage own sales pipeline
- Identify and pro-actively meet and recruit relevant publishers based on market/vertical/client needs
- Educate key publishers on the use of affiliate marketing with the aim of recruiting them into the network
- Design suitable strategies to develop the use of affiliate marketing activities to empower the growth of publishers with diverse business models
- Attend industry events
- Provide account onboarding, activation support and recommendations to a set portfolio of publishers
- Run reports and provide bespoke analysis to ensure visibility on campaign performance
- Provide visibility for publishers in internal forums to maximize new partnership approval
- Work towards a quota and potential revenue target to meet revenue goals for assigned portfolio
- Learn high-level capabilities of our proprietary software and educate publishers to increase adoption
- Remain ahead of industry trends and development by reading industry news and networking to act as an expert in discussion with publishers
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experiences in digital marketing, publisher or affiliate marketing
- Bachelor's degree, internship experience preferred
- Fluency in English
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (e.g. data pivoting) for client-ready reports and presentations. Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability and willingness to learn publisher integration tools and products
- Ability to work cross-functionally with client services organization, to support client needs whilst aligning to developing publisher KPIs
- Proven track record of execution
- Good problem-solving capabilities, always looking to improve
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
