Responsibilities:
- Partner with the product and operation teams to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and oversee the building process.
- Understand and emphatize with our users’ problem to design the most suitable solution for each case.
- Craft a consistent and delightful experience for our products in both desktop and mobile’s medium.
- Adapt and constantly on the pursuit to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with people from different departments and backgrounds.
- Decent experience in the field of interaction design, visual design, human computer interaction or related fields. Tell us your story!
- A deep passion in creating/ making/ building products or interactions that people love and a neat portfolio that showcases it.
- Able to make critical design decisions backed with data, not merely feelings.
- Fluency with standard design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator).
- Commitments to be able to deliver projects on time.
Knowledge of user research methods (A/B Testing, focus group, interviewing).
Experience in designing/working with e-commerce or fintech-related products.
Experience with web/mobile technologies and designing for multiple platforms.
The ability to write specs and execute a satisfactory handoff to developers.
