- Receiving and handling complaints verbally and writing
- Resolving Customers Issue and giving solutions according to customer complaints
- Answer incoming calls from customer with Inquiries, Requests and Complaints
- Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required time
- Receiving and handling confirmation via LiveChat / whatsapp service from customers for inquiries, Requests and complaints.
- Receiving and handling emails from customers for inquiries, Requests and complaints.
- Looking someone who has strong skill & experience in service industry
- Have min. 2-3 years experience in CS area or related field
- Have a good sense of services, good attitude & behaviour.
- Preferably from call center background especially inbound skill
