Job Description

Client Relationship

- Manage the day-to-day relationship with key contact (Maintain and grow a network of contacts at the client site)

- Maintain and develop smooth relationships with the Clients and manage proactively and sensitively these relationships when difficult circumstances might occur

- Express outward confidence in the relationship with clients which will help in facilitating problem solution and issues to be overcome in a confident manner

- Manage the practical/on the ground management of the delivery of the contracted service with respect to quality, speed and volume of data and the servicing they are entitled to

- Conduct account planning and manage workload issues and keep lines of communication with client open and communicate upwardsAccount Handling

- Where appropriate have some management responsibility for account administration, coordinating upwards to Directors and appropriate information to accounts and delivery service departments

- Ensures all expiring contracts are renewed beforehand

- Be aware of contractual obligations and detail and manage any potential conflicts around this subject upwards in good time

- Proactively manage the communication pathway to senior support ensuring that they are kept up to date with client issues and developments. Work with senior support to develop and execute account plans (e.g. additional analyses and hence develop potential revenue opportunities)Service Development

- Continually seek out opportunities to bring to the client's attention developments to the service and potentially new ways of workingBasic Data & Tracking

- Manage the reporting process to clients

- Proactively identify opportunities to evolve our deliverable as new technology or tools become available and/or as client businesses change focus or structureAnalysis & Insight

- Demonstrating insight to clients - with clear, simple and direct messages on implications and recommendations

- Taking briefs from clients, and manage the production of appropriate materials/presentations/written documentation in response to brief

- Full Power-view knowledge of basic and special analysis

- Deliver presentations with recommendations that actively seek to meet the objectives of the client's brief

- Liaise with other service teams in order to deliver insightful work to the client

The perfect candidate for this role is likely to have the ability to:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- 3-6 years of experiences in either ad-hoc research or market research industry

- Friendly, independent with developing skills in influencing others

- A good level of communication skills is important as the job environment may require active influencing and persuading a variety of people

- Evidence of developing leadership skills and the ability to motivate others will be vital to success in this function, particularly where the individual has some responsibility for workload management of other team members

- Being flexible, tactful and sensitive to others, and display good social and communication skills

- Be independent in nature, such that they seek to drive their own development rather than being passive in the process

- Analytic mind with good problem-solving skills, systematic, and organised
