Position Objective/Expectation

- Support Server Design and IT Implementation Projects

Job Responsibilities

- Do server design such as Server Role (AD, DHCP, DNS, failover, etc.), Storage, Virtualization, NAS, Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, etc.), NextSet WorkFlow, NextSet SSO, etc.
- Act as Project Manager or Project Engineer
- Create kickoff document meeting, WBS, Issue List, etc.
- Coordinate with Internal Dept (procurement, sales and presales), customer and vendors to complete the project without issue and delay
- Coordinate with customer and vendors
- Deploy the implementation phase based on SoW
- Closing the project by providing documentation to customer and handover to maintenance team
- Support other division if needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Min. Diploma degree in IT related major
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 3 years as Server Engineer in or for Japanese companies/clients, handling Server projects from start to end
・Experienced in On premise Windows Based Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc.), Backup Software such as Acronis, Backup Exec, etc., Storage and Virtualization such as VMWare, etc., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Intune, Other SaaS (Workflow, Single, Sign-On, etc.)
・Able to join less than 1 month
・Willing to mobile for visits to clients
・Good communication, hardworking, dedicated, good problem solving, initiative, smart
