- To develop in-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
- To lead account planning, new business development activities and sales engagements
- To support sales teams to develop right product / price value positioning & marketing materials
- To develop channel coverage by market segment and support development of right partners
- To prospect for new opportunities by developing new OE customers and new channel sales
The successful candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting aggressive expansion plan or business transformation and possesses Mechanical Engineering training or background.
Other successful traits would be:
- Strategic thinking and planning with strong commercial acumen
- Strong direct key account management and distribution sales experience
- Min. 5 years of experience in product line management (huge plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
