- Define the direction of the overall digital strategy, coordinate and manage the annual digital team's delivery calendar and digital roadmap to help drive business growth and planning
- Create and implement technology strategies
- Align the company's technology resources with the organisation's short- and long-term goals
- Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organisational objectives
- Develop and maintain the annual operating and capital budgets for company information and technology systems operations consistent with programmatic plans and established financial guidelines.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience coming from banking, financial services as well as technology start-up environment.
- Proven successes in technology enabled transformations
- Experience in multiple internal and external stakeholders' management.
- Skilled in managing portfolio of medium to large IT/digital projects
Work closely with C Levels in making decision related to Tech roadmap.
