- Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- Eager to learn and adapt with a variety of the IT concepts, practices and procedures.
- Decisive and have ability to develop a plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Coordinate all project members and project collaborators for the flawless execution of projects
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Conduct proper communication to both client and internal project team regarding the project plan.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- At least bachelor’s degree in IT related fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience, especially handling for banking project
- Exposure to product development is a plus
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English communication is a must)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiar with project management tools.
- PMP / PRINCE II Certification is a plus
