- Hold Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Have min. 5 years working experience in multinational Freight Forwarding company.
- Business level English.
- Have wide networking relationship with local and overseas.
- Have good business sense and the ability to work to budgets (sales target).
- Have Good relationship with Customs, and know all Customs Document.
- Know incoterm and procedure for Export and Import (preferably import).
- Good MS Office proficiency.
- Target oriented.
- Wiling to work during weekend and mobile.

- Develop sales strategy to achieve company sales revenue.
- Develop new customers base.
- Report business result directly to owner.
- Coordinate with all related departments in the company.
