- Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering, Computer science, civil, or related field
- 10-12 years experience in Managing Telco project especially in FTTH Network Deployment
- Excellent communication skills, good analytic skill, verbal communication, writing & listening both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong knowledge and implementation of Project Management methodology
- Results oriented and efficient
- Experience in contract management, change orders, and unit price schedules
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and create as-builds prints
- Must have proficient computer skills in MS Office and MS Projects
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and staff
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Generate, track and manage a project e2e, track deliverables and deadlines
- Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks and make adjustments as necessary
- Create solutions and resolutions to meet program goal targets
- Manage Project teams and vendors to ensure RFS target delivered on schedule
- Resolve project issue to avoid project delay
- Coordinate with lateral groups within customer organization (design engineering, material logistics, general contractors, operations) to ensure project goals are being met.
- Directs the completion of project related tasks and associated services
- Leading regular project review meetings with project team or customers and efficiently articulating project milestone achievements and highlighting project risks and mitigation plans
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their support and cooperation in meeting project objectives
- Reports project progress and performance to stakeholders.
- Review and evaluate vendors performance in time and quality quarterly.
- Set goals for individual team members and manage the performance of engineering group in obtaining those goals.
- Assist and coach the project team on a regular basis to improve project performance.
