- Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
- Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures to meet with business objectives and increase performance, organisational trust and satisfaction
- Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with legislation
- Supporting the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities
- Work collaboratively and strategically cross departments to coordinate C&B processes such as the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc
- Analyses different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Always updated on industry trend in the area of compensation and benefits
- Manage the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
- At least 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with end-to-end exposure in total rewards and compensation and both in monetary and non-monetary benefits
- Experienced in managing full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit for multiple entities in a rather complex organization with large headcounts and fast-paced business nature
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation
- Experienced managing Compensation & Benefits across different functions and levels (ie. blue to white collars through to senior leadership / C-levels)
- Strong with numbers and data management
- Strong project management skills, analytical, problem-solving, organization and data-driven skills
- Strong business acumen to understand the complex and fast-paced industries
- Comfortable working as individual contributor with no direct team member and be based in Surabaya
