- Assist, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day production operations to meet the plan, procedure, and company work standard.
- Ensure smooth daily production operations, and responsible for the accomplishment of production targets and standard quality of the product.
- Make a scheme and calculate the number of tools and materials that will be used in the production process.
- Supervise the production process of biologic preparation products from the Semi-Finished Product to the Finished Product, including the aseptic preparation stage and the production line decontamination process.
- Supervise the operation, cleaning, and maintenance of the equipment used.
- Supervise the cleaning and sterilization of production rooms.
- Evaluate the production process including production results and recording of production batches.
- Complete troubleshooting of production operations.
- Create day-by-day production reports, including monthly performance reports.
- Prepare the standard operating procedure according to the CPAKB, CPOHB, CPOIB requirements, also ISO 13485 requirements.
- Conduct training, assessment, and safety of production personnel.
- Assist in the supervision of staff and promote teamwork. Deals with any staff issues which may arise from time to time i.e. grievances, disciplinary, matters, and others.
- Passionate in preserving Indonesia biodiversity through sustainable innovations.
- Min. bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or as Pharmacist, Veterinary, Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Electromedical Engineering.
- Experience as a production supervisor in the medical device/vaccine/veterinary drugs manufacturing industry (for 2-3 years).
- Understand CPOHB, CPOIB, CPAKB, and ISO 13485.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Have high integrity, honesty, dynamic, highly organized, and excellent attention to detail.
- Having experience in molecular biology techniques is an added value.
