- Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with GPA minimum 3.00.
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Solid knowledge in accounting, auditing, and tax. Preferably CA/CPA holders. Member of IAI (Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia) is preferable.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and focus to meet goals and objectives under specified deadline while maintaining quality at all times.
- Ability to operate Ms Office applications is essential. Having knowledge in accounting software is an advantage.
- Ability to lead and develop team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people at all professional levels.
- Experience in similar role in other reputable public accounting firm is preferable.
- Strong sense of responsibility and outstanding integrity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible for preparation of financial reporting package to the Board. Supervising all entry of journal and reconciliation of accounts for financial statement. Responsible for accuracy and timely presentation for financial report.
- Responsible to setup yearly department budget and execute cost control exercise for other Departments' budget.
- Reviewing all tax related matters to ensure compliance with existing tax regulation.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with 3rd party KAP (Accounting) firm at the end of every year to ensure compliance with good governance.
- Perform work independently and effectively, providing support for team members, maintaining communication and regularly and proactively with member of your team.
- Build strong internal relationship with other team members.
