Unifam Management Trainee will go thru 13 months Learning and a Lifetime Experience: In class and Field Work program. By the end of the program the trainees are expected to be on Supervisory Levels

Responsilities:

People chosen to participate in a management trainee program will receive the company-specific training and on-the-job experience they need to assume a position.

As a management trainee you will learn supervisory and technical skills that are in alignment with the company's value and operational strategies.

Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate from reputable university (min. GPA 3,00)
  • Passionate about developing career in FMCG industry
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, excellent in leadership & communication skills
  • Have a Growth Mindset, Can-Do-Attitude, Accountability, and Integrity
  • Willing to be placed in all area in Indonesia
