1. Ensure that the day-to-day administrative needs of the operational department are fulfilled.

2. Perform the duties within the framework defined by the norms of the Company and within the Hotel’s internal regulations.

3. Keep confidential information CONFIDENTIAL.

4. To take down and transcribe the minutes of meetings of operational department meetings.

5. To prepare correspondence such as letter, memo.

6. To maintain office supplies stock.

7. Input data into computer system as required.

8. Assist FB Service, FB Production, Engineering to create PR, SR.

9. To handle the leave application records of all staff in operational department.

10. To perform special duties as required by Executive Secretary.

Work Experience

· Bachelor Degree

· Minimum 1 year experience as secretary

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Excellent administration skill

· Ability to work under pressure
