Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable and responsible for developing brand strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future need; monitoring sales and competitor
- Accountable and responsible for managing relevant budgets for brand and marketing communication spending
- Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars
- Provide short-and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
- Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends
- Develop new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources
- Develop NPD together with related department, evaluate product sample until product launch
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Preferable related background experiences with more than 5+ years of working experience in FMCG Industry
- Experienced in new products development projects
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken
- Fluency in written and spoken English
