What Will You Do?
- Support the marketing team by executing administrative duties of internal & external (FMCG & Retailer) campaigns, including but not limited to creating promotion discounts & vouchers, creating the content for bundle promotion, rearranging postings on our app, and any documentation required from other departments
- Monitor the smooth operation of promotion throughout the campaign period
- Coordinate with related stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully, such as Business Development, HappyAds, CRM, Creative and Social Media, Operations, and Tech
- Ensure the smooth running of required inquiries and requests from marketing and other departments
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results and do continuous improvement inputs
- Fresh graduate from any university or 1 year of working experience
- Background in communications/marketing is a plus
- Experience in e-commerce marketing and/or campaign management is a plus
- Excellent command of English
- High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
- Strong project management and execution abilities
- Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
