  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate and better understand user and business needs to produce a high-quality design solution that drives great outcome and impact.
  • Identify problems and make design decisions that are based on data and contextual information.
  • Formulate creative solutions to solve problems acquired from technical constraints, users' feedbacks, and research insights.
  • Obtain users' and stakeholder feedbacks to provide design solution alternatives.

  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
  • Possess and understand the fundamental principles of UI/UX design.
  • Possess a portfolio that showcases interaction design principles and human-centered design methodology.
  • Possess a problem-solving skill to identify the root cause and offer fitting solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual hierarchy, interaction design, layout, and information architecture.
  • Have an impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
