- Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
- Oversees advertising, designs and events and work with several marketing agencies to increase brand awareness
- Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- Meet with clients and work with the marketing team in implementing the branding strategies
- Manage budgets which may include a team of junior assistants
- Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.

To be successful as a brand manager, you should possess a good understanding of consumer behavior, be up-to-date on market trends and continuously monitor competitors’ activity. You will also be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to-market strategies and reporting on brand performance to the management.
Job Summary:
Work with internal teams to create and execute marketing initiatives with the right target market and increase sales. Develop budgets, forecast sales figures and assess KPIs and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in developing brand and and marketing strategies in the Food & Beverage industry
- Experienced and/or well connected in the horeca (hotel, restaurants and cafe) industry and/or catering industry
- Experienced in developing and implementing action plans to increase brand awareness
- Experienced in conducting research to identify and adjust to developments/trends in a target market
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Able to multi-task.
- Budget management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Complete vaccination of Covid-19
