Job Requirements
- Plan, organize, direct, and control all activities related to the Quality, Health, and Safety Management System
- Responsible as a Management Representative for ISO:9001, API Q1, ISO:14001 & OHSAS 18001
- Liaise with Quality Management and Standard bodies (i.e., API Monogram Program Certifications, Third Party Inspection/Certification Agencies, HSE, etc.)
- Develop, implement, and improve QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, API Q1 & ISO/TS29001
- Plan and ensure the effectiveness of internal and external quality audits
- Evaluate, analyze quality issues, and implement systems to identify, track, report, and reduce or eliminate non-conformities
- Actively participate at all levels, from strategy to implementation as well as actively influence and motivate a variety of people to ensure commitment to the overall QHSE systems
- Handle customer complaints
- Communicate with Management and Staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all Quality, Health, and Safety Environment legislation
- Prepare, monitor, and control the department's yearly budget and allocate resources within the department to execute assigned tasks effectively
- Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary on issues of Quality and Quality Management System
- Participate in various meetings, training, and updating documents and records for all aspects of the Quality, Health & Safety Environment Management Systems
- Conduct Hazard, Risk Assessment, and Aspect & Impact assessment to implement operational controls
- Similar experience in the wellhead & valves manufacturing industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred
- Expertise in API 6A & API 6D
- Experience in GCC is preferred
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
- NDE Certification SNT-TC-1A Level 2
- Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor Certification
- Familiar with 16A, 16C, 5CT, API 7-1, API 7-2, API 5B
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Experience in ERP Systems
