A. Mining Manager
Responsibilities: * Manage all aspect of the operation of coal mining project including activities of exploration, excavation, transporting, shipping & marketing
- Ensure quality control of all technical services activities at the project
- Maintain company objectives in relation to safety, quality, & environment
- Responsible in leading a team of supervisor and foreman and establish standards and policies for all mining activities
- Bachelor degree in related position
- 10 years experience in coal mining business
- Wide knowledge and experience in business analysis, corporate marketing or related functions
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a high ability to develop business or project strategy and manage implementation
- Able to operate computer (Ms Office)

- 5 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area
- Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License for PRODUCTION - preferable

- Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
- BMC License, Comprehend in maintenance and service management for PLANT
- Base in Kalimantan
Qualification:
- Male Max. 35 years old
- 5 years experiences in heavy equipment instructor or chief mechanic especially in mining companies
- Having TOT Certificate
- Base in Kalimantan
- Ability to teach (in-class & field practical)
Qualification:

- 6 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
- BMC License preferred
- Base in Kalimantan
- Able to work in a team
- Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100

- Minimum 5 years experience in Mine operations or mine planning
- Good knowledge of mine operations and an understanding of the factors that contribute to good mining practices
- A good understanding of the considerations that go into good mine planning
- Having knowledge about Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)
- Having knowledge about JIGSAW Auto Dispatch Program
Qualification:

- Age maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Mine operations or mine planning
- Good knowledge of mine operations and an understanding of the factors that contribute to good mining practices
- A good understanding of the considerations that go into good mine planning
- Have a knowledge about Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)
- Have a knowledge about JIGSAW Auto Dispatch Program is an Advantage
