Job Description

  • Managing possibility of the risk, arranging local and global insurance contract
  • Investigate, quantify and negotiate all classes of insurance rate
  • Claim assessment and checking completed document before submitted to Insurer
  • Liaison with Group Insurance for sales report and claims reported
  • Helping all sales to selling the insurance product to our customer
  • Making monthly production report to Managing Director and Group Insurance
  • Answer calls regarding insurance claim, Answer questions about our products
  • Verify documentation and eligibility of benefits
  • Stay up to date on complex insurance regulations
  • Perform others administrative support duties needed
  • provides wide range of support to quality and process department
