  • Sales Operation Supervisor
SALES OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:
  • Membuat report visit weekly, report traffic, report follow up, report event, report kompetitor, report insentive dan petty cash setiap awal bulan
  • Melakukan order saleable / tester dari gudang untuk counter via POS
  • Melakukan store to store terhadap stok saleable yang kurang / berlebihan di 1 counter
  • Melakukan penjemputan barang saleable / tester jika diperlukan dalam waktu dekat dan cepat
  • Melakukan retur ke gudang untuk retur product expired atau reject
  • Melakukan pendataan produk yang akan expired dalam waktu dekat
  • Melakukan brief ke team dan memastikan SOP store berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berjalan
  • Melakukan pengecekan visual counter, kebersihan counter, grooming team, stok dan tester
  • Memastikan team mengetahui target store dan tahu cara mencapainya
  • Mempersiapkan administrasi cash advance dari awal hingga event berakhir
  • Mempersiapkan saleable dan tester untuk event
  • Mempersiapkan manpower untuk event
Qualifications:
  • Pendidikan terakhir min D3/S1
  • Pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun
  • Jujur, disiplin, pekerja keras, dapat bekerja dalam tim, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • Bersedia bekerja di luar jam kerja (overtime)
  • Diutamakan bisa mengendarai mobil dan memiliki SIM A
  • Penempatan di kantor pusat Jakarta
