Main Job Description:
- Provide assistance in evaluating and recommending client's corporate planning & MIS processes, policies, procedures, and mechanism in order to ensure the adequacy, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory principles, industry standards and corporate guidelines
- Lead and monitor the development of corporate-wide business planning for both long and medium-term plans (masterplan and long-term business plan) and short-term plans (annual plan),
- Lead and monitor the development of the client's KPI design, parameters, and measurement methods to ensure compliance and alignment with the client's strategic plan including on the strategic aspects, operation aspects, financial aspects, and other related aspects
- Lead and monitor the development of corporate-wide annual budgets, as well as providing support on due diligence and/or approval process regarding the proposed budget from each division by the Shareholders
- Lead and monitor corporate performance monitoring activities to ensure corporate performance is regularly reviewed and necessary follow-up actions has been taken
- Lead and monitor the development and update of forecasts and variances with risks and opportunities to show the Managements about gaps on budget rolling forecasted against the actual performance and provide recommendations to improve performance and company's initiative.
- Lead and monitor business plan implementation review to ensure the relevance of the organization business plan
- Lead and monitor the implementation of corporate management information system to support effective performance monitoring
- Minimum S1 graduate
- Minimum 10 years in management consultant or finance or banking industry specifically in strategic planning and budgeting
- Experienced in handling modules related to infrastructure
- Experienced in building financial modeling & projection, CFA (Certification of Financial Analyst) is a plus
- English proficiency (verbal and written)
