We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting professional who is passionate about entrepreneurship and engaged with our mission, to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. On a day-to-day basis, you will support Communications, PR & Outreach Manager duties & responsibilities. You are a mature, structured thinker, a hustler at the same time, show strong ability in finding & creating contents, storytelling, writing, communications in both written & oral in English & Indonesian and have experience working with a high-performing team.
POSITION

- Reports to: Communications, PR & Outreach Manager
- Works with: Endeavor Entrepreneurs, Endeavor Mentors, network members, and the Endeavor Global team (in 40+ countries & emerging markets)
- Period: 6-month
- Creatively transform Endeavor Indonesia's mission and experience through storytelling across platforms.
- Create campaigns using an editorial calendar and collaborate closely with the whole team in the creation of contents to achieve business and campaign-specific objectives.
- Conceptualize, research, source, write and publish SEO-friendly editorial articles, including but not limited to entrepreneurship trends and campaign-related articles through different mediums such as websites, blogs, and newsletter.
- Monitor content performance through data and targeted channel insights in order to optimize content strategy based.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in entrepreneurship, social media, and design tools.
- Support Endeavor Indonesia's on-going projects: website revamps and Impact Report.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/ communications/design/business with minimum 6 months work experience. However, final year students & fresh graduates with relevant knowledge and experience are welcome to apply.
- Channel-specific knowledge, familiarity with social media and experience building communities (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WordPress for Website, etc.)
- You like stories and love story telling. You are able to translate data, narratives, and institutional communications into creative stories and concepts - coming to life using blog, audio, video, and graphic design.
- Keen eye for aesthetics and details. You know how to apply visual identity guidelines with coherence and creativity. Knowledge of design tool (as simple as Canva) or other content creation tools is important.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, both English and Indonesian - the ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to both internal and external audiences.
