- Manage, adapt and implement the communication and advertising plans to build consistent brand positioning for each brand, following the brand guidelines.
- Analyse the sales trends, the distribution channels and propose relevant actions to develop the sales and achieve the financial targets.
- Develop the distribution network and negotiate new product listings with the clients. Negotiate the volumes and promo selling prices, and coordinate the pricing between the different clients and distribution channels.
- Coordinate and facilitate the communication on the various activities between the regional hub and Indonesia.
- Indonesian with at least 7 years experience in Consumer Durable Industry
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Extensive understanding of Consumer Electronics retail and distribution in Indonesia
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.
- Able to motivate, influence and persuade.
