We are now seeking a position as a Senior Finance Operation Manager who will handle the following key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
- Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
- Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the seafood value added products offerings to customers.
- Engage in key or potential customer activities.
- Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
- Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
- Communicate strategy and results to the functional Dept.
- Report key results to corporate directors.
- Engage with corporate directors in broader organizational strategic planning.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Management and other major related .
- More than 5 years experience in corporate finance, treasury management, controller or corporate strategic of food manufacture are preferred.
- Major competencies lies on business planning, budget management and financial monitoring, speak the languages of finance and accounting, operations, sales, marketing, human resources, business Development and engineering
- Fluent in English is mandatory, Mandarin speakers are preffered.
- Willing be based at Banyuwangi - East Java.
