・Male, maximum age of 45 years
・Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
・At least 3 years as engineer building especially in office complex
・Mastering in automatic control system (BAS), MEP, HVAC, building safety
・Used to handling budgeting, engineering plan, work plan systematic
・Could understand how to minimalize energy consumption
・Could work in fast-paced culture
・Actively using English
・Computer literature
