- Managing electrical & automation maintenance department and staff responsibilities through the recruitment, training, assignment to meets operational goals by contributing strategic planning and review, maintaining production, quality, and financial objectives policies to ensures stable productivity and effectiveness the organization work.
- Assure reliable operational of Beam plant by managing maintenance schedule, execution, inspection, predictive and corrective action.
- Leading overall business operations in order meet defined targets in terms of production, resource utilization and budget of CAPEX/ OPEX.
- Identifying, recommend and implementation of modifications to minimize escalation, process rejection and efficiencies
- Plan and implement development programs for Project team as needed to support the continuous progress and improvement of the division
- Implement all related management systems with occupational safety and health to realize safety and health work.
- Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10-12 years of working experience in related field
- Knowledge Electrical & Automation Industries and Power distribution.
- Knowledge Engineering and Technology.
- Knowledge Administration and Management.
- Willing to work in Head Office Cibitung
