- Have good communication, negotiation, problem solving skills

- Understand all requirement in HR Department both internal and external
- Understand and able to develop people
- Understand about Labour rules ( UU Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan )
- Computer Literate ( Ms. Office, power point, Ms. Excel )
