  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required skill(s) : Recruiting, People Development, Counselling, HR system, Reward system, ISO system
  • Preferably Supervisor/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Having all tools for HR Department
  • Have good communication, negotiation, problem solving skills
  • Great analytical thinking, creative, detail oriented and well organized
  • Understand all requirement in HR Department both internal and external
  • Understand and able to develop people
  • Understand about Labour rules ( UU Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan )
  • Computer Literate ( Ms. Office, power point, Ms. Excel )
  • Fresh graduates are welcome Company Name
